about our design process

My focus is entirely on residential architecture and finding creative solutions that meet the needs of my clients while addressing the entire site—from initial site planning through the complete architectural design process including interior detailing and landscape/garden design. I have developed and honed a unique process that guides the monetary parameters of every project at every phase—driven by the artistic direction and quality level of building. My comprehensive approach to each client and my inclusive attitude towards design has allowed me to work in all styles, from traditional to modern. I encourage a progressive and individual approach to every project.

about us

We are an architectural design studio located in Rockland, Maine specializing in a comprehensive approach to innovative residential home design. Eric Allyn has over sixteen years of experience in the specialized field of custom home design. A Maine native, Eric resides in the midcoast town of Rockland with his wife Suzanne and five children; Payten, Drew, Everett, Ryan and Ronin.
